NICU Registrar / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Rising Medicare Hospital, Kharadi, Pune

Qualification: BAMS + DCH / MD Pediatrics

We are seeking a sincere, dedicated, and motivated candidate with a passion for Neonatology and Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing round-the-clock medical care to preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting the clinical condition of NICU patients.
- Performing essential neonatal procedures including IV cannulation, blood sampling, intubation, and assisting with central line placement.
- Assisting Neonatologists in the management of ventilated and critically ill neonates.
- Managing CPAP, HFNC, ventilators, and other neonatal support equipment under supervision.
- Participating in neonatal resuscitation and emergency stabilization of newborns.
- Evaluating and managing pediatric inpatients and outpatients under consultant supervision.




- Attending pediatric emergencies and assisting in the care of critically ill children.
- Communicating effectively with parents regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Contributing to continuous learning and skill development in neonatal and pediatric care.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of NICU protocols and neonatal resuscitation
- IV Cannulation and blood sampling
- Neonatal Intubation
- CPAP/HFNC and Ventilator Management
- Basic Pediatric emergency management
