About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and scale social media presence for multiple brands. This role requires a mix of strategy, content creation, and execution, along with strong design sense and understanding of influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

- Plan and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content calendars
- Track performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and growth

2. Content Creation & Design

- Create high-quality creatives using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Design posts, carousels, and basic ad creatives

3. Influencer Marketing

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns
- Handle outreach, negotiations, and coordination
- Track campaign performance and ROI

4. Basic Video Editing

- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos)
- Add captions, transitions, and basic effects
- Work with raw footage to create engaging content

5. Analytics & Growth





- Monitor insights and performance metrics
- Optimize content based on data
- Generate reports for clients and internal teams

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in influencer marketing campaigns
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Short-form content)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Copywriting skills for captions and hooks
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Knowledge of content virality and trends
