We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hospital Billing Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hospital billing across Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, and Private TPA/Insurance cases and should be capable of managing the complete billing cycle to ensure timely and maximum claim realization.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn- Prepare, verify, and submit accurate bills for:n- Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) patientsn- CGHS beneficiariesn- Private TPA and insurance patientsn- Corporate and cash patients, as requiredn- Ensure complete and error-free documentation before bill submission.n- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, medical records, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments to obtain all required documents and approvals.n- Follow up with TPAs, insurance companies, CGHS authorities, and Ayushman portals regarding claim status, deficiencies, queries, and approvals.n- Resolve billing discrepancies and deficiencies promptly to minimize claim rejections and delays.n- Track outstanding claims and ensure timely collection of the complete billed amount.n- Maintain accurate billing records, MIS reports, and claim status trackers.n- Stay updated with the latest billing guidelines, package rates, and documentation requirements for Ayushman, CGHS,



and insurance TPAs.n- Support audits and internal quality checks related to billing and claims.nnEligibilitynn- Minimum 5 years of hospital billing experience.n- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) billing is mandatory.n- Experience in CGHS and Private TPA/Insurance billing is mandatory.n- Positive understanding of pre-authorization, claim submission, deficiency management, and claim settlement processes.n- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.n- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), MS Excel, and billing software.n- Ability to work independently and ensure timely revenue realization.nnPreferred Candidatenn- Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital will be an advantage.n- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple billing cases simultaneously.n- Focused on minimizing claim rejections and maximizing collections.nnIf you have a robust background in hospital billing and are committed to ensuring timely and complete reimbursement from Ayushman, CGHS, and insurance TPAs through effective coordination and follow-up, we would like to hear from you.nnCompensation: 10,020.41 - 32,517.99 per monthnnBenefits:nn- Health insurancen- Paid sick timen- Provident FundnnWork Location: In person .
