About the RolenWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our new Noida branch operations. You will be responsible for managing comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining financial integrity for the organization. Reporting directly to the Korean Branch Head, you will play a critical role in establishing robust financial operations for our expansion into North India.nThis is a managerial-level position offering significant responsibility and exposure to Korean business processes and international accounting standards.nnnKey ResponsibilitiesnnManage complete accounts operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger managementnHandle GST compliance, GST returns filing, and GST reconciliationnPrepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting StandardsnManage TDS and Income Tax compliance, including TDS certificate generation and tax filingnConduct and coordinate tax audits, responding to auditor queries and maintaining audit documentationnProcess foreign currency transactions, manage remittance documentation, and ensure RBI compliance for international paymentsnOversee import and export accounting, customs documentation, and trade-related financial transactionsnPrepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial analytics for senior managementnMaintain statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and applicable labour lawsnReconcile bank statements, manage cash flow,



and prepare cash flow forecastsnManage ERP/accounting software operations and data integritynCoordinate with Korean management on financial reporting and accounting standardsnPrepare budgets, variance analysis, and financial forecastsnSupport internal and external audits with required documentationnHandle accounts finalization and year-end closing proceduresnMaintain confidentiality of financial information and company datannRequired QualificationsnnBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fieldnProfessional certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) preferred; or equivalent accounting qualificationnProficiency with Indian tax and accounting regulationsnnExperiencenn10 years of total accounting experience in finance and accounting rolesnMinimum 3 years of experience in a Korean company or multinational organizationnProven experience in construction or manufacturing industry accountingnHands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliancenExperience in financial statement preparation and tax audit coordinationnBackground in foreign currency transactions and RBI compliancennPreferred ExperiencennExperience in ERP implementations (Tally, SAP,
