The role involves close coordination with the Team Manager, strict adherence to SOPs and internal tools,



and a robust focus on first-time resolution to minimize multiple follow-ups.\n\nKey Roles \u0026 Responsibilities\n\n- Work daily assigned denied and AR follow-up claims and resolve them in coordination with the Team Manager.\n- Ensure assigned claims are completed within defined productivity and quality targets.\n- Adhere strictly to SOPs and internal tools to maintain high-quality claim resolution.\n- Focus on resolving claims effectively rather than repeated follow-ups, minimizing multiple touches.\n- Prioritize work orders using various strategies such as:\n- High aging claims\n- High-dollar claims\n- Payer-wise prioritization\n- Run reports to perform deep-dive analysis and identify bulk claim issues.\n- Identify trends and root causes to reduce denials and prevent avoidable rework.\n\nEducation Qualification\n\n- Education Level: Bachelors Degree\n- Field of Study: Graduation in any stream \n\nRequired Experience \u0026 Qualifications\n\n- Minimum 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a focus on AR Calling.\n- Experience handling both Federal and Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup.\n- Strong knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearing house, and payer rejections.\n- Positive understanding of major AR scenarios across multiple payers.\n- Excellent communication and analytical skills.\n- Solid multitasking ability, including taking detailed call notes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. . .
