- From the beginning work distribution for fitters assembly planning work.
- inward machine body buffing inspection and shifting work, all machine cover buffing inspection work, cover sorting, cover stretch rolling and place it to standardize place.
- machine body assembly planning and machine body assembly planning.
- taking follow-up from the purchase/planning department for sort material.
- material issue slip and slot issue list generated.
- machine ready setup check as per sop.
- after machine wiring machine trial and error check. all electrical components working checking.
- machine pre-inspection planning for machine dispatch.
- qc inspection filling work with attaching required documents and qc machine labelling work.
- Sometimes machine programming works, pre-programming in a delta/schneider set.
- whenever fitters get stuck in their assemblies, problem checking and required setup taking for the solution
- parts are short in the machine, in this condition this part of pending work is completed by us due to machine urgency.
- for machine wiring electrical components check/sorting & send to respective vendors
