Job Location: Malanpur Bhind.

Age: 40-45 years

Total Experience Required: 18-20 years

Travel Required: As required.
Position would be reporting to: Unit Head
Education Essential and Preferred: B.E. / B. Tech. from CIPET

Must have skills: Production and Rubber manufacturing.

Job Profile:

1) Knowledge in Rubber mixing, Extrusion & foaming process.
2) Planning, Organizing, directing & controlling manufacturing activities for targeted yield, Productivity & with in quality standard.
3) Handle the all shift production activities in the plant for achieving the production targets with minimum cost & zero accidents.
4) Monitor control & improve standard operational procedures (SOP) & Ensure safety in Plant & impart training to team members.
5) Maintain, manage & control all plant and operational assets, machinery equipment’s ensuring efficient functioning.
6) Coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
7) Coordinating with the cross functional team, stabilizing production runs, trial runs, and raw material control & customer complaints.



Work closely with R & D for scale up recent products & technology transfer.
8) Leading the daily morning manufacturing meeting.
9) Maintaining and sharing all types of production reports required by management
10) Coordinating with other functions to address non-conformities identified during process audits at various manufacturing line stations as per the quality control plan.
11) Maintain process parameter standard file for data collection.
12) Taking initiatives for Why –why analysis meeting for any rejection with team members, focusing on strengthening Quality of the product.
13) Design & implement productivity improvement programs for cycle time reduction & optimum utilization of work force.
14) To ensure production of the material as per prescribed norms of density, hardness, thickness and size.
15) Ensuring KAIZEN, Good 5S, ISO-TS documentation, SAP Knowledge, Cycle time evaluation, SOP, GPL, OPL, control plan, Cp/Cpk Study, QC tools, TPM.
