- Lead installation: Supervise and coordinate on-site installation teams for the mechanical assembly of wind turbines, ensuring work is performed according to technical specifications.
- Ensure safety and quality: Implement and enforce safety protocols, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process.
- Technical oversight: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions that arise during installation or commissioning.
- Planning and coordination:



Develop detailed installation plans, manage schedules, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentorship: Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Documentation: Document all maintenance and installation activities, generate reports on performance, and manage necessary records.

Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in wind turbine installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in wind turbines.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures.
