Job Description – Distillation Operator (Male)

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor distillation units and related process equipment.
- Maintain process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates as per SOP.
- Handle charging, distillation, and transfer of materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth plant operations.
- Minimize process losses and ensure optimum productivity.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of distillation process operations.
- Understanding of chemical plant safety practices.
- Ability to handle process equipment and utilities.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
