● Should have knowledge of various standards and codes.
● Should have good knowledge in MDS of equipment
● Design and develop specifications for bought-out equipment & packages
● Prepare Technical Questionnaire for Static & rotary type Equipment
● should have good knowledge of different type of equipment Quality Assurance Plan.
● Should have good knowledge in vendor evaluation, FAT & SAT.
● Should have a handful experience in Equipment & piping Layout preparation with elevation
drawing.
● should have experience in different type of equipment's troubleshooting activity.
● Check & review Vendor Fabrication drawing and provide necessary approval.
● Should have good knowledge in Piping design basis and piping/valves specifications.
● Understanding on 3D Model.
● Develop nozzle orientation drawings for fabricated equipment
● Knowledge on Piping GAD & layout
● Should have knowledge to evaluate Piping MTO & BOQ for both Green field & Brown Field
Projects
● Knowledge on piping Isometrics
● Equipment costing for capex preparation
