Shift: US/Night shift
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our Sales & Support team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, understand their moving requirements, present our services, convert leads into bookings, resolve customer queries, and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Requirements
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Confidence in interacting with U.S. customers
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Sales or Customer Service (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
