1. Operations and Maintenance: Directs and supervises daily activities, including the operation and maintenance of the plant, its equipment, and infrastructure.

2. Production Goals: Establishes and monitors production targets to ensure efficient and reliable water production

3. Quality Control: Oversees water quality testing and monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

4. Personnel Management: Supervises and trains plant staff, including operators, maintenance personnel, and technicians

5. Budget Management: Manages the plant's budget, including capital improvements and operational expenses.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the plant meets all applicable environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements

7. Communication and Collaboration:



Coordinates with city officials, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders

8. Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves operational issues, including equipment malfunctions and water quality problem

9. Safety: Ensures a safe working environment for all plant personnel, following safety protocols and procedures
