Core Responsibilities:-

1). Rate & Inventory Management:

- Update and manage daily room rates across all distribution channels (OTAs, website, and other platforms).
- Ensure correct inventory availability and avoid overbooking or under-selling situations.
- Maintain rate parity across all channels.

2). Channel Management:

- Manage OTA platforms (such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.) including rate updates, offers, and content checks.
- Monitor OTA performance and highlight any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure all listings, images, and descriptions are updated and accurate.

3). Reporting & Data Analysis:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Track competitor pricing and share regular insights.
- Identify trends and highlight low-demand dates for corrective action.

4). Booking & Reservation Support:

- Coordinate with reservations/front office teams for booking accuracy and inventory updates.
- Handle modifications related to rates, availability,



and restrictions.

5). Offer & Promotion Execution:

- Upload and manage promotions, discounts, and packages on OTAs and direct channels.
- Assist in implementing pricing strategies as guided by the Revenue Manager.

6). F&B; Revenue Optimization:

- Collaborate with the F&B; team to design and execute revenue-generating promotions (e.g., happy hours, meal packages, upselling strategies).

7). Review & Content Monitoring:

- Track guest reviews on OTA platforms and inform the team about negative feedback.
- Ensure quick updates on content, amenities, and policies across all platforms.

8). Coordination & Communication:

- Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Escalate issues related to pricing, system errors, or booking discrepancies.
