We Are Hiring: Senior Accountant / Group AccountantLocation: Kochi, IndiaDesign Confidence is looking for a highly experienced and technically strong accountant to manage our finance and accounting functions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. This is not a routine bookkeeping position. We are looking for a Grade A finance professional who can take ownership of regional accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, reporting, controls and financial coordination across multiple entities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete accounting and financial reporting for UAE, Saudi Arabia and India operationsPrepare monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, budgets and financial forecastsEnsure accurate closing of accounts and timely reporting to managementManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, payroll coordination and bank reconciliationsOversee intercompany transactions and reconciliation between regional entitiesMaintain strong internal controls, financial procedures and documentationCoordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors, tax consultants and government authoritiesSupport management with commercial analysis, project profitability, fee tracking and financial decision-makingRegional Compliance KnowledgeThe successful candidate must have strong working knowledge of:India GST, TDS, income tax requirements, statutory filings, payroll compliance and LLP or company accountingUAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR requirements, payroll controls,



WPS and statutory accounting requirementsSaudi Arabia ZATCA requirements, VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, corporate compliance and payroll coordinationQualificationsChartered Accountant, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent internationally recognised qualified qualificationMultiple professional certifications will be a strong advantageBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or CommerceMinimum 8 to 12 years of relevant accounting and finance experienceProven experience managing accounts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and IndiaStrong knowledge of IFRS and regional taxation requirementsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or professional accounting systemsStrong communication, analytical and leadership skillsAbility to work independently, maintain confidentiality and take full ownership of the finance functionWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone accurate, commercially aware, highly organised and dependable.
