- Welcome and greet guests warmly in restaurants, lounges, or banquet areas and ensure a positive first impression.- Provide excellent food and beverage service in accordance with hotel service standards.- Present menus to guests, explain menu items, daily specials, and make recommendations when required.- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service to guests.- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and productive service operations.- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set.- Monitor guest satisfaction during dining and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.- Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.- Promote hotel restaurants, special promotions, and upsell food and beverage items.- Handle guest billing procedures accurately using POS systems.- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management,
