Job Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and coordinating with candidates. The role involves working across multiple sourcing channels and ensuring a smooth and productive hiring experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post job openings on various platforms and manage incoming applications
- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable applicants
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment data and update internal trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across different roles

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within defined timelines
- Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
