Job Description:

This is one year contractual role on the payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt ltd

1. 2. MIS & OE Savings Support

- Support data collection, validation, and consolidation for OE MIS reporting
- Maintain OE trackers and dashboards (savings, KPIs)
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and standardization of reports

2. OE & DMS Promotion

- Coordinate OE campaigns, Kaizen events, and awareness initiatives
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, and dashboards
- Support execution of DMS promotional activities

3. OE Digitalization Support

- Assist in development, deployment, and tracking of digital OE tools
- Support data entry, system updates, and testing of dashboards
- Coordinate with teams for adoption and usage monitoring of digital solutions
- Is tech savvy, and can partner in development of digital solutions using AI

4. Coordination & Administrative Support

- Support scheduling, tracking, and follow-up of OE initiatives
- Assist in governance reviews and preparation of review decks
- Maintain repository of best practices and improvement projects
