Position:Process Coordinator
Location: Kasba, Kolkata
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of company processes, SOPs, and management directives across all departments. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and coordination, documentationskills to ensure tasks are completed
within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
 Follow up with stakeholders and track action items to closure within TAT.
 Monitor compliance with SOPs, policies, and management instructions.
 Maintain trackers, reports, MOMs, and process-related documentation.
 Raise help slips/service requests wherever required and track them until resolution.
 Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and pending issues to management.




 Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Skills Required
 Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
 Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Strong documentation and organizational skills.
 Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
 Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).

Qualification
Female candidate

 Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
 2–8 years of experience in Process Coordination, Sales Coordination, MIS, Executive
Assistance, Business Operations, or similar roles.
 Candidates from a Sales Coordinator background are welcome to apply.
