Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding the companys wholesale network across India. The role focuses on strategic business development, key account management, dealer network expansion, and consistent order generation for gold and diamond jewellery collections. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of jewellery market dynamics, and the ability to lead client relationships at scale.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, onboard, and develop new retail jewellers, distributors, and jewellery chains
- Build and expand a strong B2B dealer/distribution network across regional and national markets
- Drive consistent revenue growth through new market penetration and territory expansion
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key jewellery retailers and high-value clients
- Ensure repeat business through solid engagement and service
- Understand client requirements, buying patterns, and regional preferences
- Act as a single point of contact for major accounts
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Present and promote gold and diamond jewellery collections to B2B clients
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms to maximize profitability
- Drive order generation and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution from order to dispatch
4. Order & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with production, merchandising, and dispatch teams
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of orders
- Monitor order lifecycle: enquiry confirmation production dispatch payment
- Ensure smooth payment collections and reduce outstanding cycles
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track market trends, customer demand, and design movements in jewellery
- Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Share actionable insights with design and production teams
- Identify opportunities for new product development
6. Exhibitions & Industry Networking
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer meets
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
- Strengthen brand presence in the jewellery B2B ecosystem
7. Sales Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate client database and CRM records
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Track performance against targets and identify improvement areas
