- Billing & Certification: Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills (RA Bills, final bills, and advance payments) based on physical site progress and contract terms.
- Quantity Surveying: Take detailed measurements from site records and engineering drawings.
- Rate Analysis: Evaluate and process rate analyses for variations, extra items, or non-tender items.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile material consumption (e.g., steel, cement) against standard estimates and structural drawings to prevent wastage.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project costs to ensure billing aligns with the approved project budget and profitability metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with site engineers, procurement,



and accounts teams to ensure smooth payment processing and financial transparency.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2 to 10+ years of domain experience in real estate or infrastructure construction.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command of standard measurement methods (e.g., IS 1200) and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized project management/ERP software (e.g., Farvision, Primavera).
