Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, along with the ability to understand clients' travel requirements and convert inquiries into bookings. This is a target-based sales role with attractive incentives for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Sell domestic and international tour packages.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.




- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is preferred.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or a similar sales profile.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
