Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager/Manager - Maintenance (Instrumentation)

Location: Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar

Experience: 6 - 7 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Manage the instrumentation maintenance department that provides technical, project management, emergency response, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance support for process related instrument.
- Develop, maintain, and justify the departments' budgets.
- Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance on facility instruments to support facility-operating requirements for boilers, chillers & all other process plants.
- Work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure production equipment is maintained on consistent basis.
- Provides leadership and support for 10 – 15 applications, all of which are key with several being mission critical.
- RCM Support (PM initiatives, departmental meetings, cycle counts, spare parts inventory)
- Maintenance Operations (Budget, daily management, communication, reduce machine downtime and improve instrument reliability).
- Knowledge about DCS of Yokowaga & Honeywell required.
- Training to employees & subordinates.
- Improve Maintenence quality standards.




- Facilitate all maintenance projects in site in aspect of Instrumentation.
- LT, FT, RTD , Control valves, GC , Analyzer etc all kind of Instruments selection knowledege.
- All kinds of instruments maintenence & troubleshooting knowledge.
- DCS troubleshooting knowledge.
- Alarm management, DCS Graphics & other all software related to instrumentation.
- Knowledge about Interlock, SIL (Safety Integrity level) & SIS validation.

Required Skills:

- Candidate must have experience in DCS Automation troubleshooting, Design etc.
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD/3D Modeling, SAP, Reliability centric Software (Meridium).
- Contract management knowledge desired.
- Knowledge of RCA, FEMA or Failure Analysis of the Equipment's.
- SIS & SIL validation.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Instrumentation/ Electronic & Telecommunication/ Electrical

Salary: - Upto 13.00 LPA
