Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.

- Create engaging content, including graphics, copy, and video, to boost engagement and brand visibility.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.

- Content Creation and Optimization:

- Collaborate with the creative team to create impactful content (blogs, product descriptions, ads, etc.).

- Optimize website and social media content for SEO to drive traffic.

- Email Marketing Campaigns:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote new collections.

- Segment email lists and monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions).

- Paid Advertising Campaigns:

- Manage and optimize paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).

- Analyze paid campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

- E-commerce Support:

- Work with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.

- Analyze web traffic and sales data to optimize digital marketing efforts.

- Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends,



competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

- Provide recommendations for new marketing initiatives.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.

- Provide actionable insights and recommend improvements based on data.

- Brand Awareness:

- Help increase the online presence and awareness of the brand through creative campaigns.

- Support influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer service, to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

- Stay Current:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within the fashion and retail sectors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially within fashion or e-commerce.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
