We are hiring a HVAC Plant Operator in Daman.

Job Title: HVAC Plant Operator

Location: Daman
‍ Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor HVAC plant equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality as per required standards
- Monitor system parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) and maintain logs
- Identify faults and coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Handle breakdown situations and minimize downtime




- Maintain proper documentation and daily reports

✅ Required Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and plant operations
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Good communication and teamwork skills

⭐ Preferred Requirements
- Experience in industrial plants, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing units
- Knowledge of PLC systems and automation (added advantage)
