Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation systems, identifying the root cause of problems and implementing corrective actions.
Preventive Maintenance:
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Automation Systems:
Understand and work with various automation systems, such as PLCs, HMI, and SCADA, to optimize production processes.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
Safety:




Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance.
Training:
Provide training to other team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Project Support:
Assist with the implementation of recent automation projects and equipment upgrades.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
