Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Assistant to join our team at K Manjunath and Associates. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in statutory and internal audits, tax audits, and GST audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports as per statutory requirements
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC return filings
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis




- Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for compliance matters
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and related assignments
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and clients

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to financial analysis and management reporting
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards
- Experience in handling multiple clients
- Practical exposure to GST, Income Tax, TDS, and audit assignments
