Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate laws, stock exchange regulations, and statutory requirements.

 Board & Committee Support: Assist in organizing board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.

 Filings & Documentation: Manage corporate filings, maintain statutory registers, and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.

 Governance Advisory: Advise on corporate governance best practices and compliance matters.

 Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal teams, and investors as required.

 Policy & Procedure Oversight: Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies,



charters, and frameworks.

 Secretarial Support: Support the Company Secretary in executing secretarial duties and ensuring smooth corporate operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

 Education: Qualified Company Secretary. Bachelor’s degree in law, preferred.

 Experience: 4-5 years in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.

 Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate laws, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
