INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Educational qualification: CA / CA (Inter)
Salary: Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Required experience: Minimum 8 plus years in finance domain
Preferred Location: Bengaluru
Age Group: Under 50 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Leadership in continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial
objectives

- Direction and oversight of all aspects of Finance & Accounting functions of the

institution,

- Efficiently develop annual budgets and forecasts and actively track actual

performance in comparison to budgets

- Develop appropriate MIS and present the same to the Office Bearers of the institution.
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and

identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.

- Perform risk management through analysis of liabilities and investments, and evaluate

and manage cash flow appropriately.

- Develop and maintain a check of internal controls to safeguard the organizations

financial assets.





- Attend Board and subcommittee meetings regularly and provide useful/necessary

financial inputs on various parameters.

- Monitor financial performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as

needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team.

- Training and increasing awareness and knowledge related to financial management

matters across the organization.

- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with

requirements of relevant regulatory bodies.

- Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet adaptable

organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team
communications, and workflows.

Required Key Skills:
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax laws.

- Should possess good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
