Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Vice Principal to support the academic and administrative leadership of the school. The role involves overseeing curriculum implementation, staff coordination, student discipline, and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Principal in academic and administrative operations
- Monitor curriculum implementation and academic quality across grades
- Supervise teachers, coordinators, and student discipline processes
- Conduct classroom observations and support faculty development
- Coordinate examinations, timetables, and academic planning
- Ensure effective communication between management, staff, students, and parents
- Support admissions, inspections, and school compliance requirements
- Lead school events, activities, and institutional initiatives
- Promote a positive and disciplined school culture

Eligibility Criteria

- Master’s degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience
- Prior experience in CBSE schools preferred
- Experience in leadership roles such as Coordinator / Academic Head / Vice Principal preferred

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good understanding of CBSE academic standards and school operations




- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic systems effectively
