Job Description:

We are only looking for an experienced Thermal Power Plant Specialist (200MW+) with knowledge and experience in power plant BTG and BOP operations, particularly in installation, refurbishment, retrofitting, and overhauling of electrical and auxiliary systems. The candidates could be preferably retired EX- NTPC or EX - BHEL or other Power Plants to play a key role in ensuring efficient monitoring of various business development activities of power plant equipments, spares, services in terms of installation, O&M;, retrofitting etc. Any candidate who does not qualify for the same will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor refurbishment, retrofitting, and overhauling of BTG & BOP and auxiliary systems for power generation and transmission.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Candidates with Power Plant exp of 200 MW+ (REQUIRED) will only be considered.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in power plants (including auxiliary systems)
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and plant systems
- Experience in shutdown and overhauling activities preferred
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to thermal or industrial power plants
- Strong communication skills with positive customer relationship management abilities
