Role Summary :

We are looking for a Manager – Sourcing to support and execute sourcing operations for woven categories, primarily shirts and bottoms. The role requires strong fundamentals in garment sourcing, fabric understanding, and vendor management within woven fabrics.





Roles & Responsibilities :

- Support and execute end-to-end sourcing for woven categories (shirts & bottoms)
- Develop and build a strong vendor base across woven categories
- Work closely with vendors, mills, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Lead costing discussions and drive effective cost negotiations
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time deliveries
- Coordinate with design, planning, and QA teams for product development
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality compliance
- Stay updated on fabric trends, sourcing markets, and innovations in woven fabrics
- Ensure seamless execution across sampling, development, and bulk production

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion / Textile / Merchandising
- 7 - 12 years of experience in apparel sourcing / merchandising
- Strong knowledge of woven categories in terms of fabrics and garmenting
- Proven ability to build and manage a strong vendor base
- Good with cost negotiation and margin understanding
- Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction
