Job Description: J2EE Technical Lead (Exp: 8+ Yrs to 12 Yrs).

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. A key initiative to modernize Java-based microservices, including framework upgrades, authentication & authorization, and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with team leadership, guiding a pod of engineers through delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a technical architect role needs to Lead a delivery pod of developers and QA engineers executing Java/Spring Boot modernization tasks, reports into the Technical Architect / Delivery Lead.

Experience should have 8+ Years into J2EE backend development with at least 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
- Hands-on leadership of a Java/Spring Boot modernization workstream, including code reviews and sprint delivery.
- Solid proficiency in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience implementing authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) across REST APIs.




- Working knowledge of secrets management practices and cloud/container migration (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and design principles/patterns for developing scalable applications.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
- Must have experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Jest.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Support weekly progress reporting and risk/blocker tracking.
- Should have positive oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
