Sr Executive Order Fulfilment (Apparel Industry) for a US-based Liaison Office

Shift: Night (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM in Summer, 7:30 PM to 4:30 PM in Winter)

Monday to Friday work from Office (Saturday work from home for pending work)

would be responsible for managing various aspects . including style generation, costing, item generation, raising purchase orders (POs), processing order.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory in ERP Software

o Update product data entry in ERP including styles, colours, sizes, UPC codes).

o Maintain accurate costing sheets by adding FOB values (freight on board)

o Prepare and process production Purchase Orders (POs)through ERP.

o Monitor PO approvals, confirmations, and changes.

o Ensure correct mapping of style costs, trim layout, labels, packaging, and FOB.

o Generate and assign UPCs / barcodes for each style-colour-size combination.

o Coordinated with teams to ensure accurate product information, smooth production, and on-time delivery.

Order Management: Key and Main Task

- Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring they comply with terms and agreements.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory,



and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation for each order (e.g., purchase orders, sales agreements).
- Order Fulfillment & Shipment Coordination:
- Track and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage shipping details and address any delays or issues.
- Communicate with customers about delivery schedules, tracking information, and potential delays.

Key Skills:

- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Costing & FOB Management
- Purchase Order Management
- Product Data Management (Style/Color/Size setup)
- Trims & Packaging Development
- UPC / Barcode Management
- Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination

Strong communication skills required(most important)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Education: Masters/ Graduate in related field.

- Experience: 5-10 years
- Certifications : ERP software , MS Office, Google Sheet.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
