The Head of Institute is responsible for managing the overall operations, admissions, academic delivery, student experience, team performance, and business growth of the institute. The role involves leading the institute as a profit centre while ensuring high-quality education, operational excellence, and achievement of admission and revenue targets.

Academic & Student Management

- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning across all beauty and wellness courses.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and course completion.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Ensure timely batch formation and smooth execution of training schedules.
- Drive student satisfaction and successful placement outcomes.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on student success and business growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure employee engagement and retention.

Pay: ₹15,043.11 - ₹20,000.00 per month
