Role Overview

The MEP Manager will serve as the in-house technical authority for all building services engineering, ensuring coordinated design, constructability, quality, commissioning, and operational efficiency across projects.

The role is intended to bridge the current technical gap within the PMC team and provide expert guidance to clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities Design Review

· Review HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS , lift C other vertical support design systems

· Ensure coordination with architectural and structural designs

Technical Coordination





· Coordinate with architect , MEP C structural consultants

· Resolve interdisciplinary clashes

Project Execution

· Review shop drawings

· Monitor MEP installation quality

· Review material submittals and method statements

· Monitor site progress

· Ensure compliance with specifications

· Witness testing C commissioning

Procurement Support

· Review technical specifications

· Assist contractor prequalification

· Participate in technical bid evaluations

· Recommend suitable systems

· Evaluate alternate products

Quality s Compliance

· Ensure NBC compliance

· Ensure Fire NOC compliance

· Coordinate statutory approvals

· Ensure energy-efficient systems

· Review sustainability initiatives

Commissioning

· Witness testing, Functional testing ,Integrated testing

· Snagging and Handover

· OCM Documentation

Required Skills

· HVAC, Electrical , Plumbing , Fire Fighting , ELV ,IBMS/BMS ,Lift Systems ,DG Systems , STP/WTP , Water Supply , Drainage and Solar Systems

· Building Services Coordination

Experience in complex institutional projects is highly desirable.

Qualifications

· B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
