Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
Maintain quality standards, response time, and productivity metrics.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company policy).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Positive typing speed and computer proficiency.




Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Strong written communication and grammar.
Customer service orientation.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
