Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage computer systems, network infrastructure, ERP support, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain computer hardware, servers, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide first-level technical support for software, ERP, and connectivity issues.
Maintain ERP systems and assist users with day-to-day operations.




Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support when required.
Maintain IT asset records and ensure smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure.

Required Skills
MCA / M.Tech / B.Tech qualification.
1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and server maintenance.
Experience in ERP support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable communication and user support abilities.
