Hiring for Business Analyst - Vijayawada

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects or programs.

Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Translate business requirements into transparent functional and technical specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).

Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and interviews to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing optimized business processes.

Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and gap assessments for business initiatives.

Support testing teams in developing test cases and participate in UAT.

Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor junior Client and contribute to the development of BA best practices and standards.

Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
