Dealer Customer experience improvement through ensuring of CSI, CES and CEI of the dealership, Complaint analysis to reduce complaints
Dealer Business performance: Ensure customer retention in post warranty and under warranty, ensure highest Free service redemption., Promotion of AMC penetration, achieve Annual Business targets of Genuine spares and lubes, promotion of value added services
Dealer Process Adherence: Implementation of business enablers like service reminders, PSF, promotion and usage of digital tools
Network and capacity expansion: Identifying location and areas of high potential and expanding the dealer workshop capacity as well as dealer network expansion if required.
Product feedback:
Conduct FIR for critical in-field complaints and raise VTR to escalate it to plant and PMG to improve product quality
Service Monitoring
PDI & Installation overchecks, free service overchecks, organising field trials, training and dealer development activities.
Responsible for training of dealers technicians, organising dealer audits and working towards overall dealer development.
Service promotional activities
Organising and participating in Service Camps/Customer Meets/ Mobile campaigns
Others
Responsible for coordinating with Sales and Parts functions in the field
Responsible for warranty management at the dealership and giving feedback to HO for product improvements.
