Key Responsibilities
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly (DWM) planning of manpower and materials for the MC Shop.
Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
Coordinate manpower allocation for optimum machine utilization and operational efficiency.
Track production performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure smooth workflow by maintaining material availability and minimizing downtime.
Business Need
Expansion of the MC Shop requires dedicated monitoring of production and manpower.
