Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and industry-connected leader to head our Corporate Relationships
& Placements function. This role will be responsible for building and scaling robust corporate
partnerships, driving student placements, and aligning industry requirements with academic
outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing employability, strengthening employer
brand, and ensuring high placement outcomes, while leading a team and building long-term
relationships with corporates across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive placement and corporate relations strategy
Build, manage, and expand relationships with top corporates, recruiters, and industry partners
Drive student placement outcomes across programs and locations
Identify and onboard new hiring partners and industry collaborations
Lead campus placement drives, job fairs, and corporate engagement initiatives
Work closely with academic teams to align curriculum with industry requirements




Ensure students are prepared through placement readiness programs, mock interviews, and grooming sessions
Track and improve key metrics such as placement rate, average salary, and recruiter engagement
Manage and mentor the placements and corporate relations team
Strengthen the organization’s employer branding and corporate visibility
Maintain MIS, reports, and dashboards on placement performance and corporate engagement

Key Requirements
8–15 years of experience in Corporate Relations / Placements / Business Development
Solid network with corporates, recruiters, and HR leaders
Proven track record in driving placements and building partnerships
Experience in education/edtech, training institutes, or similar environments preferred
Solid leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, outcome-focused environment
