Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Professional with a strong background in hospital finance management to oversee and manage all financial operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and financial planning to ensure smooth financial functioning of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

- Manage and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance operations of the hospital.
- Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for management review.
- Monitor revenue streams including OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Insurance billing.

Accounting & Reporting

- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing.
- Handle Income Tax compliance and coordination with auditors.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Budgeting & Financial Planning





- Assist management in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor department-wise budget utilization.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure statutory audit readiness and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare financial regulations.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide accounts team members.
- Coordinate with billing, insurance, purchase, and administration departments for financial processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting software
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
- Experience in Cash Flow Management, BRS, and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of hospital billing systems and healthcare financial operations
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Hospital or Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

- Experience working in Multispeciality Hospitals
- Ability to handle high-volume financial transactions
- Solid leadership and team management skills
