Job Summary :

We are looking for dynamic and confident professionals with excellent spoken English to join our International BPO team. The role involves engaging with business owners and decision-makers in the US, UK, and Canada to promote our Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax, and Virtual Accounting Services, generate qualified leads, and coordinate virtual meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities :

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US, UK, and Canada.

* Explain the benefits of outsourcing Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax, and Virtual Accounting Services.

* Identify and engage with decision-makers, including Business Owners, CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Managers.

* Qualify prospects and generate high-quality sales leads.

* Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet for senior consultants or the sales team.

* Conduct introductory virtual meetings with prospective clients when required, understand their business needs, and present an overview of our services.

* Follow up with prospects through phone calls and emails to maintain engagement.

* Update CRM with call notes, meeting schedules, and lead status.

* Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements :

# Excellent spoken and written English.

# Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

# Experience in International BPO, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Inside Sales is preferred.

# Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are welcome to apply.

# Comfortable conducting virtual meetings with international clients.

# Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

# Willingness to work US/UK/Canada shifts.
