About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Handling all communication channels including phone calls, emails, chatbot, and WhatsApp
Answering all queries regarding products, services, concepts,s or any information required by the customers and helping them with orders, replacements, refunds, cancellations, etc.
Building a one on one connection with priority customers and regularly engage with them regarding new products, services, events, etc.
Creating an automated flow of after-sales service via emails, calls, and messages leading to a complete end to end purchase life cycle
