We are seeking a agile and motivated qualified, ideally a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college graduate, to lead our campus and employer branding initiatives. This role is instrumental in building robust connections with academic institutions and showcasing our organization as an employer of choice among students and early-career talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a comprehensive campus branding and outreach strategy to strengthen our presence across top academic institutions.
Establish and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and student bodies to enhance awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent and compelling employer brand messaging across all communication channels.
Plan, coordinate,



and represent the organization at campus events including career fairs, information sessions, and networking engagements.
Actively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities via social media, campus platforms, and career sites.
Develop engaging content tailored for student audiences, including blogs, videos, and interactive campaigns.
Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of campus branding initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance and align campus recruitment strategies with overall employer branding goals.
