Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Executives for our Godrej Loan Sales process. This role focuses on selling financial loan products such as Home Loans, Business Loans, and other secured/unsecured loan services to potential customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch loan products (Home Loan / Business Loan / Other Loans).
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
Follow up with leads and ensure documentation is collected and submitted on time.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM system.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Educate customers on loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and other product perks.
Maintain skilled communication and provide excellent customer service.




Coordinate with internal departments for application processing and loan disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales (Home Loan / Business Loan / any banking loan process).
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a solid sales approach.

Job Details:
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Salary: ₹27,000 In-Hand (Up to ₹32,000 CTC)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Location: Kasarvadavali, Thane
Transport: Centralized pick-up and drop from Thane Station
