We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Assistant Teacher for LKG and UKG classes. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with lead teachers to support a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting daily classroom activities.
Support children’s learning through interactive play and educational materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Monitor and report on each child’s development and behavior.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Encourage positive social behavior and ensure the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred).
Fluency in English and local language
Passion for working with young children.
Patient, energetic, and responsible with a caring attitude.
Educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.
