About the Role

Web DigiTech IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience selling Digital Marketing and Web Design/Development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Identify and acquire new clients for Digital Marketing and Web Design/Development services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Conduct online meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing services, Website Design, or IT services is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
