Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Brand) is hiring an experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.




Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment MIS and databases.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred).
Hands-on experience hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain.
Solid sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment workplace.
