Urgent Hiring | Supply Chain Executive
Geeken Chemicals India Limited is looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team at our Pitampura, Delhi office. If you have a passion for procurement, inventory management, logistics, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, order placement, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track order status and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
- Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and other supply chain documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Collaborate with production, sales, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
